I'm not bringing you any flavor-of-the-day strategies or pie-in-the-sky ideas. Everything I bring to the table is valuable, proven, and effective. How do I know? Because it's all the same tools I currently use day-in and day-out to lead our family's multi-site chiropractic company. Heck, my own kids can recite our family's mission statement and core values! Point is, I will never make you walk a path I'm not already walking myself.
The tools I bring to the table are just that; "tools" not a "gospel". I don't endorse one-size-fits-all approaches. I believe each organization's people, pace, and priorities are different and so I tailor each engagement accordingly. I will meet you right where you're at.

and as the son of a business owner, and operating my own window cleaning business as a kid, you could say entrepreneurship is in my blood! After graduating from The University of St Thomas I enjoyed a wonderful career in Retail, working as a Buyer for Target and as a manufacturer's rep; throughout that time getting to partner with great companies like Amazon, Sony, & Samsonite, bringing big vision to end consumers.
It was with this rep firm that I was first exposed to, and implemented, the EOS Model™ (from the book Traction). Everything changed after that. I fell in love with the simple, tangible, & practical approach for bringing vision and strategy to life!
I left Retail to partner with my dad in bringing his vision of a multi-site chiropractic company to life. I once again implemented EOS®, and functioning as the Integrator, we’ve grown from 1 to 4 clinics. I quickly began to see that not only did I have a skillset for supporting leaders, but there was a gigantic need for organizations that continue to have the “pedal to the medal” but never quite seem to get where they want to go.
Because of this great need I launched First Light and have been partnering with organizations just like yours ever since.
And this wouldn't be an "About Me" without mentioning the 3 most important priorities in my life; being husband to my wonderful wife, Megan, and father to my Son, Finley, and daughter, Hazel.
